Learning, Knowledge, and Human Development, Week -2 Assignment.

Essential Peer Reviewed Update #2

What people learn and absorb from their surroundings is important. Because it had huge impact on formation of knowledge, habit, information, and even one's way of life.

I'm going to show an example of social development, which is cultural factor.(https://online.maryville.edu/blog/cultural-influences-on-childdevelopment/)

Children started to experience the very special part of their own culture as they were born. They learn their mother language from parents, which contains important cultural background. Also, depending on where they are born and raised, children are likely to form their brain sturcture including environmental factors. As a Korean, I'm obviously used to use Korean language which contains history and social atmosphere back then. Through this, I can be more attached to my own culture and family, forming the basic level of consciousness of myself. Koreans are used to deal with many situations or assignments real quick, meaning that there is so-called 'hurry-up' culture in here. Even though this is not nature of human, most Koreans are aware of this phenomenon and become exactly they see and learn from each other. The suprising point is that this is actually wasn't happend before. Around 1980s, Koreans are extremely laszy and easygoing-people. People who lived at that time used to say they called themselves 'ugly-Korean' due to their repeatable lateness. Like this, culture is changing over time. But what we need to remember is that human can cope with these changes without much hardships. They just get along to the new cultural background as soon as they encounter it. There might be some times to keep upwith and be accustomed to the new culture, but surely peopel change their habit or nature flexibly. I believe that this is come from the social impact on one's development and awareness of the world and learning.
